peanut butter balls

I don't make cookies or brownies any more. OK, I could hear some of you sighing.  We still need to have munchies around, though, for the growing guys here.  An old standby, peanut butter balls, is a recipe given to me by my sister-in-law in 1975.  Hmmmm, that makes me feel old.  Anyway, these make up quickly, no cooking, and are a great grab and go food.  Not low calorie, but a good protein snack.

1 1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cup dry powdered milk
1 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla, opt.
Mix together and roll into golf ball sized balls.  Refrigerate.
They can be left plain, or add raisins, chocolate chips, white choc chips, nuts, etc.
