Harmony

"Be ye all of one mind." 1 Peter 3:8 KJV
"To sum it up, let all be harmonious, sympathetic, brotherly, kindhearted, and humble in spirit." 1 Peter 3:8 NAS

"But this is not unison; it is harmony. When an orchestra produces some great musical masterpiece, the instruments are all of one mind, but each makes its own individual contribution. There is variety with concordance: each one serves every other, and the result is glorious harmony."

  1. I love this photo of the piano keys! How I wish I had an old piano to hear my girls play!

    1. This piano, unfortunately, is in the garage waiting repairs. I miss hearing its music ringing through the house. I play piano music on my computer, instead...

  2. If my husband's hands were on that keyboard, you'd know him. He's such a wonderful player/teacher/composer. Makes me rejoice. [And personal harmony comes right along with him... maybe he was invaded by it as a kid when he began playing.]

    Thanks much!

    1. I love the idea of harmony, rather than unity or unison - much more realistic, much more beautiful.
