Oh! I love this, Mo! I must re-create it in my own office/studio!! I have always kept my colored pencils tucked away in a box - or in a hold point down (some little voice from childhood tells me to do that) but point out is fabulously artistic - it says fireworks of inspiration to me and I must find a corner to do this! I'll note your idea when I post my photos on my new office/studio space!
Glad it inspired you! I wanted to go to the store and buy several packs of brand new pencils to make the bouquet. But, "Use What You Have," sang out its theme song. I looked around and discovered that adding colored pencils would be much more interesting. Thanks to our artist daughter we have lots of tiny ones, and the kids have a jar of tiny used pencils they've created - competing to see who can get the shortest pencil. It was fun to pull all those out and put them together into the bouquet!
beautiful...the words have power to create unimaginable things into beautiful imagery and yours pictures stands testimony to that. :) Do Reach me at Krazy Memoirs
