Increased to heavier weights in my workouts this week.

Ouch!

Becoming lighter comes with a HEAVY price-tag.

Maureen: Traveling lighter is an on-going process, learning to live lightly - for me, this means simplifying, nutrition and exercise, and learning to appreciate and be grateful for the little things each day.
